Shipping & Returns
In the event a Silla/Allis product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Silla/Allis shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
All orders outside of the Lethbridge City Limits are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase via Canada post. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but within Canada packages are generally delivered within 5-7 business days. Greater Calgary/Edmonton area is generally 1-3 business days. Canada Post is, however, experiencing delays due to high volume and we can't guarantee delivery times.
We now ship internationally! Shipping rates will be reflected at checkout.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
During this time we will be accepting free local Curb-side returns as well as mailed returns and are offering full refunds on all regular priced merchandise (unless it says "final sale" in the listing - ie. earrings, some other jewelry and special orders).
We accept returns for online orders. To confirm whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Your Name and Order Number
- The Item(s) You Wish to Return
- Reason for the Return (For example - Too Big, Too Small, Damaged, Not as Shown in Photo, etc.)
*We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours, however we are out of the office on weekends/holidays.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
All sale items or items bought with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned
Earrings, personal hygiene items, lotion, and perfume are final sale due to hygiene standards.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Recipient must contact us at the above email address within 3 days of receiving their item(s)
- Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return.
- All items must be returned within 14 days (beginning the day you receive the item - for shipped items, or the date you purchase the item for in-store pickup).
- Items must be new, unused and with all tags still attached.
If items do not meet these requirements then you will not be refunded.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) being returned in the form of your original payment (Via paypal or credit card). *Please note that orders through Paypal can take up to a week for the funds to be credited back to you.*
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue refunds on lost parcels.

If you are shipping a return it must be postmarked within 10 days of your delivery date.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.
RETURNING AN IN-STORE PICKUP
The same policy applies to items purchased and picked up in-store. The 14 day return period begins on the date of purchase (not the date the item is picked up).
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE:
We do not do Full Refunds on items purchased in-store. Store Credit, or Exchange will be allowed within 14 days of purchase if the items are unworn, free of damage and all tags are still attached. Earrings, Swimwear and Lingerie are FINAL SALE for hygiene purposes.
